The Grove Condominium


Located in Rasuna, Kuningan this condominium is part of a mix development by PT Bakrieland Development, which occupies a land area of 44.7 hectares. The development itself is targeted to spread through 10 to 15 years. Currently they have developed and are developing 21 hectares of the whole projected area. The Grove will be part of the 12 hectares of development within the next three years along with their office towers, malls.
The Grove itself consists of 3 towers, 2 towers for residence and one tower for serviced apartments. Built on a 1.3 hectares land with a gross building area of 120,000 sq m and roughly around 75,000 sq m of saleable area, this project just had its groundbreaking ceremony on March 21st 2007 and is scheduled for hand over in mid of 2009.

The price for the second tower ranges from Rp 14 million/sqm to Rp 17 million/sqm with two bedrooms sized at 86.64sqm and three bedrooms sized at 127.29sqm. Allegedly this project has sold out up to over 70%
